Dell Optiplex 7020 4790 demora pra chamar o video

Boa tarde, meu pc é um dell optiplex 7020 placa mãe e a mesma especificação placa de video gf 730 processador 4790, ssd 240gb chip set Intel Q87 Express placa de rede Intel I217LM placa de som não achei especificações mas eu uso placa de som usb ai não vou precisar, ele tem uma placa wi fi dw1540  Broadcom BCM943228HM4L, mas não achei driver.  tem mais infos dele aqui: http://www.cnet.com/products/dell-optiplex-7020-core-i5-4590-3-3-ghz-4-gb-500-gb/specs/

entao eu tiro ela e coloco mas o usb não ta travando porem demora um bom tempo ate q o os reconhece a placa isso não esta normal. com meu antigo hack era instantaneo, agora eu csgo por e tira tudo no usb testei varias vezes ele não esta travando.


Ahh e tem essa demora para puxar o video q não eh normal, e ele inicia sempre em modo texto.

Migrei pro el captain heheh resolveu o problema do verbose, a placa ainda demora pra acha mais não deu mais problema e não travou mais única coisa q pra um core i7 4790 e com ssd ta demorando mt meu antigo pc era um core i7 3770 com mesmo ssd e iniciava mais rápido parece q tem algo q da uma atrapalhada na inicialicao so q não consigo descobri o que é
