k.panic
Hello!I have a P7P55D with an i3 540, 1TB HDD and a GTX 750 .. Starting from usb (myhack) with -x -v npci=0x3000, I can do the installation and restart.I see that did not install Chameleon (strange) and then start the HDD from USB with -x -v npci=0x3000.. Complete the post installation and I can see the desktop.. Now.. How do I recognize the GTX 750 without Combo 10.8.5 (with 10.8.5 hangs IOBluetoothHCIController..)? Importantly! I can not remove the GTX 750 from its slot and replace it with a compatible like the gt 210... Thanks!
Allan
When you install OS X with a Penboot, the bootloader is not installed with OS X. Add this boot-flag in Boot Flags: PCIRootUID=1 And make this too: <key>GraphicsEnabler</string> <string>Yes</string> What's entry you use? DVI, VGA or HDMI?
k.panic
I'm using HDMI only.. Now I try to install again..

Allan
Delete: npci=0x2000 And try this combinations: -v nvda_drv=1 PCIRootUID=1 Or -v nvda_drv=1
k.panic
-v nvda_drv=1 PCIRootUID=1 -v nvda_drv=1 Stuck at PCI Configuration Begin -v nvda_drv=1 PCIRootUID=1 npci=0x3000/2000 -v PCIRootUID=1 npci=0x3000/2000 Stuck at macx_swapon Success.. NvidiaGeneric=Yes and SkipNvidiaGfx=Yes not work.. EDIT: With "-x -v npci=0x2000 PCIRootUID=1" I can install and I can see desktop always.. Moorviper
You cannot use a OS which came out before apple used the hardware if you want to use the NVIDIA you have to use at least Mavericks
k.panic
With Mavericks I always crash after language selection (with flags: -v nv_disable=1).. k.panic
Some news..With -x -v npci=0x2000 PCIRootUID=1 dart=0 darkwake=0 I haven't any errors of installation on 1tb HDD.. Then, i reboot, same flags, I install ethernet kext and fakeSMC..Reboot..Now, I can without -x!! -v nv_disable=1 npci=0x2000 PCIRootUID=1 dart=0 darkwake=0 Then I install Chameleon on HDD from myhack.app (in safe mode it not works).. k.panic
Another Step! I have applied Combo10.8.5, then I have changed SMBios with MacPro 3,1 and I have installed that web driver and I've launched check update and installed them. Now I've Web Driver 313.01.04f01.. Now how to enable gtx 750? Which flags? I've edited org.chameleon.boot.plist with: <key>Kernel Flags</key> <string>npci=0x2000 darkwake=0 dart=0 nvda_drv=1</string> <key>PciRoot</key> <string>1</string> <key>SMBIOS</key> <string>/Extra/SMBios.plist</string> and "Manual Flags": -v nv_disable=1.. Allan
Hmm. nv_disable=1 is for disable Nvidia card, and nvda_drv=1 is for use WebDrivers

Allan
Maybe when i get home i can take a look for you, but if another one can help you in add the correct patch will be good. I'm very busy right now But if you have time, woulb be good your learn more about ACPI table (DSDT, SSDT, etc..). When we entered the hackintosh world, it's mandatory learn (even if only a little bit) about ACPI tables. Huckleberry Pie
Yeah, but does QE and CI work? I was wondering as I have a 750 myself and it would be a shame to end up not getting that thing to work on OS X.

I was wondering as I have a 750 myself and it would be a shame to end up not getting that thing to work on OS X. Now I disabled GTX 750 with nv_disable=1 because it isn't recognized.. Allan
But now I'm too afraid of frying something .. Nah, don't worry Bro! I always recommend our members to create 2 partitions. 1 of current use, and another for tests. If you follow this, you'll avoid many troubles and stress.

k.panic
Another step..After installing Combo 10.8.5, I've installed and updated Web Drivers..I've think to try to install this package.. http://www.hackintoshosx.com/files/file/4252-maxwell-enabler/Repaired permissions.. Reboot with "-v" as the only flag (npci=0x2000 PCIRootUID=1 nvda_drv=1 are in org.chameleon.boot.plist)..It boots on desktop (!), but it loaded "OS X Driver" and not Web Driver (CUDA app says that is incompatible)..It's a good news? p.s. DSDT has no noticeable effect.. This is my first DSDT.. I believe it was wrong code injection..
