Panda Stirling
My computer have f*cking NVIDIA Optimus video card impossible to desactive in BIOS, so, i found how to disable the NVIDIA Card by moving NVIDIA and ATI Kext and use only the HD 3000, but it's just detected as "Intel HD 3000 64Mb shared video memory", i use Clover UEFI, but i've already opened a topic for it on French section. I really would it's work but i can't get it working T.T

mendietinha
to not keep the off topic, do the following: see if your chipset is serie 6, if so, no patch needed, if it is series 7, patch the dsdt. and apply the dual link patch too, for your resolution is mandatory. in olarila, here is the english version> http://www.olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=2193

Allan
I according to your pic, you have installed Clover in Legacy Mode. But if you have sure that you already installed in UEFI mode, so, mount the EFI partition: mkdir /Volumes/EFI sudo mount_msdos /dev/disk0s1 /Volumes/EFI If you haven't installed Clover on UEFI, let's do this: 1º Format EFI in FAT32: diskutil list sudo newfs_msdos -v EFI -F 32 /dev/disk0s1 or rdisk0s1 2 - Now install Clover in UEFI mode: Note: Before install Clover unmount EFI partition (already formatted in FAT32) for avoid errors: sudo umount -f /Volumes/EFI Note 2: Also see how upload files (screenshots) here: How to upload files or kexts. Here's your DSDT: DSDT.aml.zip Put on EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched folder.
Panda Stirling
Hi, well, Clover was installed in EFI, cause in the Setup, it's configured to UEFI, but the config.plist was in the EFI partition, that's why i didn't find it. Here is the config.plist: config.plist.zip So i put the dsdt.aml in the Folder EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched, now i just should reboot ? So i got kernel panic after putting DSDT. I booted using a install USB Key in Legacy Bios. Now i think i sould remove the DSDT.aml from EFI Partition ? So, i removed the dsdt.aml, i don't get the kernel panic anymore. Allan
We need know what is the error! Take a pic and post here. Just say: "I got a KP on the boot" means nothing... And use or in EFI or in HDD. Don't duplicate the things, you'll get just errors... Here. DSDT: DSDT.aml.zip config.plist: config.plist.zip
Panda Stirling
Sorry, but i can't see, just the kernel panic appear like 1/2 seconds and it's reboot. So, i used it (the both files u send) on EFI Partition, i don't get Kernel Panic anymore, but, i still don't have QE/CI
