ATI Radeon 200 Xpress series - Graphics Card
2GB Ram

I have installed Snow Leopard on my PC and I was thinking of an upgrade. I don't have QE/CL but will the rest be able to install and run Lion

you can, but why install os x without qe\ci?

I know what you mean it is pretty silly to that, but still I only want mac apps for my game dev. I only make small games so. I also want to do some tutorials.

Also do you know that highest I can go up to.

i dont know. without qe/ci and with a legacy kernel perhaps lion is how far you can go.
