last line said: could not initialize summary table for OSXINST , the installer can`t  initialize Partition Table from your USB, try remake the USBinstaller with

MBR/MAP/Partition, or GUID, in your pic not show Fakesmc.kext too

Good Luck !!!

Try the attached config.plist as well as patched ACPI tables. I manually fixed a bunch of syntax errors, then did some patching (look at the disassembled files for more info). Stay with 10.9.5 for now, I don't think Haswell GT1 works in Yosemite at all (I think GT1 devids are in the Mavericks kext). Make sure you have FakePCIID in the Clover kexts folder.

More info on the stock SSDTs:

 - SSDT-1 is the PTID device, this can safely be dropped

 - SSDT-2 & SSDT-3 are the CPU SSDTs, which can be dropped since we're using a generated SSDT

 - SSDT-4 & SSDT-5 are the graphics SSDTs, they contain the devices & related methods

I'm assuming the 0406 GT1 device ID is in the kext (again, I'm assuming, this might be wrong). SSDT-4 should inject this device ID, and FakePCIID needs to be used so you don't have to binpatch the kext.

Where does it hang/crash now when you try to boot? What did you use to create the installer?

You included FakePCIID.kext? It is needed for graphics.

Nvidia graphics card seems the cause and stuck at -> geforcesensor: Still waiting for accelerator

-> use this flag: nv_disable=1

Edit:

I think that it is better to disable the NVIDIA into dsdt /ssdt and use to enable the hd4600 .

Get rid of all of the FakePCIID injectors, only keep FakePCIID.kext by itself. Try these ACPI tables, I disabled the NVIDIA card in SSDT-5, although I'm not sure 100% sure this will fix it. The installer is getting stuck at graphics initialization, try booting without caches; if that doesn't work, try booting in Safe Mode.

1.easy way, put the HD of the Laptop to other Hackintosh, then use this app "AutoDMG"  to deploy MAC OS X.app, this create a .dmg in your desktop, now whit Disk Utility restore the image.dmg  to_HD_Laptop ,

install the Kexts that you need and the boot loader to HD Lap

2.put back HD to your Laptop and boot

3. create your account  and be happy !!!!!

your problem is the Graphics kexts, your processor  have Intel* HD Graphics - and your NVDA seems that is Optimus Technology "not have support in MAC OS X", and can be that you need a pached kernel for Haswell too

Not sure, but only the HD Graphics can work or not

1. Remove all Graphics kexts NVDA*, GeForce, AppleIntelHD* from USBInstaller or  if you have installed from your HD /S/L/E

2. Install only Fakesmc.kext to S/L/E, DELETE VoodooPS2, Ethernet, AppleHDA, VoodooHDA if you have installed

3. Use a keyboard and mouse  CONNECTED in a Port USB 2.0

4. boot with -f -v npci=0x2000

5. Good Luck !!!

EDIT: Take a look here for more info:             #32

You can try a fakeid with Clover, try use this one  0x80860a16 from AppleIntelHD5000Graphics.kext
