jshawlee707
Hey everyone, I'm new to the InsanelyMac forums and wanted to seek your advice on my first Hackintosh build! Purpose for The Build: The local theater I work at has been using an iMac computer to run a program called QLab which plays audio, and sends video to up to 4 projectors(1080P max resolution). So I need something that can easily handle running QLab as well as some moderate use of Adobe Aftereffects, Premiere and Photoshop. The Build: I used hackintoshstore.com to source all of the parts, please let me know if I will run into any issues with these parts! Thanks, Jeremy S. vusun123
You picked the wrong RAM modules, it should be DDR4

@ROBASEFR
I believed you at first cuz thats exactly the kind of thing I would do too XD Thanks for the input! If you wait some weeks for 100$ more you could have a New Skylake RIG with a Z170 motherboard, Skylake 6600k processor, USB 3.1 © and 16 Gb DDR4 ! AppleIIGuy
I would wait to build a skylake build since It isnt even supported on apple's offerings yet.
jshawlee707
Sadly I was forced to go with this build over a skylake due to time constraints :/
vusun123
Sadly I was forced to go with this build over a skylake due to time constraints :/ Good choice though. We don't know when Skylake Mac will be out. Probably 10.11.2 or 10.11.
