Haswell i5 4460 power management and clover (only 2 p-states working)

Hi

I have this configuration:
Core i5 4460
Gigabyte B85M HD3
and some trouble with power management.
I installed Yosemite with clover, and all is fine but I can get only 2 p-states: 8 and 32
I use this flag in config.plist: dart = 0, kext-dev-mode=1, -xcpm
then appleRTC patch, and kernel PM patch
Smbios imac 14.1
I found a guide for haswell cpu and says that appleLPC kext and x86platformplugin.kext must be loaded, but in my case these kext won't load. 
Clover fake plc doesn't seem to work.
In console I can see XCPM registered but no way to get IOPPF: XCPM mode
SO, something is not set properly I think.
I tried to generate ssdt with script but nothing changed.
