DG31PR w/ Yosemite - No fan control

I'm having some problems after upgrading my Hackintosh to 10.10.3 (clean install using Macpwn and Macpois0n)

System is based around an Intel DG31PR board with Core2Quad Q6600.  I'm using Clover for a bootloader.  I'm not using NullCPUPowerManagement.kext.

Everything is working fine but for some reason the fans just kind of idle under load and CPU temp reaches up to 85C.  Obviously that's too high.  CPU fan never spins up past 1222RPM.  Even at idle the CPU is sitting at around 55-60C which seems a bit too warm as well.

I'm using the kozlek branch of FakeSMC if that matters any.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

UPDATE:  Switching back to Chameleon with a patched DSDT.aml also has not solved the problem.  Still running hot.

This is not a problem with OS X, but with your Hardware.

With another SO this problems happens?

Works fine under Windows and older install of Snow Leopard.  I just pulled control wire from fan connector and it's running at full speed continuously now.  Good enough I guess.  It's not very loud.
