I know, my Lenovo G560 has Intel Arrandale/Clarkdale Graphics too. I used this thread to get it up and running. Just delete AppleIntelHDGraphics.kext and AppleIntelHDGraphicsFB.kext. Worked for me on all other installations.

I tried to install it but stuck at Service exited with abnormal code: 255. There is someone who success and can help to fix it ?

Have you tried booting with -x -v, Rootless=0? Or try other boot flags. Also post specs please (including do you use wifi or ethernet).

Dude prepare to repalce the beachball icon in OP. It got revised into a pretty much flat one. Already installed in onto my Macbook, many big bugs but performance is better than Yosemite. For hacks, many ppl from my country installed it ( mostly laptop users ). Need to use Rootless=0 boot args to get past the security config and for post installation, use AppleHDA from Yosemite for Audio ( native El AppleHDA won't cut it ), and if you need bluetooth, change the kext's version to 999, it should work

Try -v, -x, Rootless=0 or disable Graphics entirely. I unfortunately haven't got the time to test 10.11 today (slow internet being a b***ch) I'll get back to you tomorrow.

Rootless=0 works on cham and clover?

Possibly it is recognised by the OS and/or kexts rather than the boot loader (like nvda_drv=1 or nv_disable=1).

On a real Mac (2009 MBP 13") "rootless=0" is needed if you want to use the Trim Support hacks/tools. (For instance Trim Enabler). Not tried 10.11 on my Hackintosh yet.

Or you could disable it entirely in the Utilities > Security Configuration of your Recovery/Installer

i got stuck on the still waiting for root device icon. then it hangs.. See specs for info.. Any clue?

Use USB2.0 instead of USB3.0 ports. (for USB stick installer)

Make sure that your SATA mode in BIOS settings is AHCI (for hard disk installer)

Or you could disable it entirely in the Utilities > Security Configuration of your Recovery/Installer

Nope, an error alert will show up if you are trying to disable rootless via Security Configuration.app

Error message like "mach error IOKit common...."

Working great. Took the EFI folder from Yosemite and updated to latest version of Clover.

Everything works since I'm using an external USB sound stick, GeForce GTX 660 and still no use of kext-dev-mode=1.

But OpenCL_OceanWave_Bandwidth_V161 doesn't work although Unigine Heaven 3.0 works like a charm.

And I had to redo the command line : " softwareupdate --ignore ThunderboltFirmwareUpdate1.2 " to remove the appearance of the Thunderbolt update in the AppStore.

Any X99 and Haswell-E support in this version?

Same here, I'm on a GA-X99M-Gaming 5 board with a GTX 980 connected via HDMI 2.0 to my Samsung 4K.

I would go crazy if El Cap supports UHD @ 60p over HDMI 2.0 and start doing back flips. Yosemite at 30p makes my brain hurt.
