Figured I had to wait for 10.10.4 driver to come out Was on way home today and got excited on the thread for updated web drivers was showing one 10.10.4Came home .. Install went perfectly .. Restarted and no acceleration.. Installed second time didn't work. When I tried nvda_drv=1 at boot both of mt screens went black/turned off. . No idea what to do here. Any assistance is appreciated. vusun123
Use vanilla kexts and use a Mac Pro Smbios e.g Mac Pro 3,1. Boot using that Smbios, install the package and use nvda_drv=
nolanjames
I already have the system being indentified as a Mac Pro-it shows that when I install the web driver. It says thank you for purchasing the Nvidia card for your Mac Pro. But what do you mean by vanilla kexts?

nolanjames
Hoping I didn't mess things up when I was altering the NVIDIA kext to try to get it to work. Is there any way to sort of "reset" or download an original NVIDIA kext?
