crusher
I created the usb by using clover v2, Using Rampage Dev's install guide here http://www.rampagedev.com/?page_id=144 You install OS X. Do you patch your kernel like this: sudo perl -pi -e 's|\x74\x11\x83\xF8\x3C|\x74\x11\x83\xF8\x3F|g' /Volumes/USBNameHere/System/Library/Kernels/kernel and copy to root partition? Use this kernel and copy to YoruHDD-SSD//System/Library/Kernels/ and replace. EDIT: I patched kernel and sent you!!!

crusher
Do you have a patched kernel. You must remove AppleTyMCEDriver.kext in S/L/E. Try this config.plist
AsusFreak
Do you have a patched kernel. You must remove AppleTyMCEDriver.kext in S/L/E. Try this config.plist config.plist.zip So much nonsense... Screw cpus=1, screw remove AppleTyMCEDriver.kext, and screw patched kernel. On your installer put FakeSMC and VoodooTSCSync in EFI/Clover/kexts/10.10 folder... Add the following to your config.plist and install... <key>KernelAndKextPatches</key> <dict> <key>AppleRTC</key> <true/> <key>KernelHaswellE</key> <true/> </dict>

AsusFreak
Why? It has nothing to do with your current suggestions... Do you see last config.plist? Did you? What's with all these DSDT fixes? <key>Fixes</key> <dict> <key>AddDTGP_0001</key> <true/> <key>AddMCHC_0008</key> <true/> <key>FixAirport_4000</key> <true/> <key>FixFirewire_0800</key> <true/> <key>FixLAN_2000</key> <true/> <key>FixSBUS_0080</key> <true/> <key>FixShutdown_0004</key> <true/> </dict>

imsobored
Thanks guys, we got it up and running. Turns out it was the XFX 280x ROM that isn't supported by MAC OSX. Future reference to anyone looking to buy XFX card for a Hack...DONT! I repeat, do not do it unless you're willing to flash the Vbios on the card. Friend went to go buy a cheap Asus R5 230 for the time being and it ran up just fine. Thanks everyone!
