kawatzaki
There are several differences between Leopard (10.5) and Mountain Lion (10.8), so the reason why your system is not booting up could variate. please show us the part where the system hangs: Just type –v at the Chameleon boot selection and press enter, this is going to start in "verbose mode" which will print all we need. Also, use the search function included in the forum, using the information acquired with the –v command, you can look up for many possible solutions. Additionaly, you can try the following boot flags at the Chameleon boot selection which could work or not (mixed or individual, without quotes): "GraphicsEnabler=No" "–x" "PCIRootUID=0/1"
