Changing CPU/MB : MSI Z97S SLI PLUS with i5-4690K

Hello,

I'm planning to change my CPU to a i5-4690K so I need to change the motherboard too.
And for this, I want to get an MSI Z97S SLI PLUS because it's not too expansive, and she can connect up to 8 SATA (I've got 4 HDD, 2 SSD and 1 optical in sata).

 

I would like to know if this motherboard will work correctly with Yosemite ?

And what will I need to have for it ?

 

For the ethernet, there is the driver by Mieze,

For the Audio, there is the Toleda driver.

 

But for the Chipset ASMedia ASM1061, I don't know if it will work out of the box, or If I need a kext.

 

 

(I can't find anywhere a DSDT for this MB, normal ? I don't need it ?)
