Hello guys. Sorry for my noob question but I am beginner :) I have a really old PC - HP DX 2200

HW:

Intel Dual Core P925

1,5GB ram

Ati x1300 graphic card

160GB HDD

My questions: 1. Can I install a Mac OS on this PC? 2. If yes, which one? 3. Do I need to worry about performance? I just want to browse the internet, watch some youtube videos and listen to music. 4. Should I install Mac OS or Linux (lubuntu) on this PC? Which one will be faster?

Thank you for your answers.

thank you for your answer! Max. amount of ram is 2GB, I cant install more cause the mainboard offers only 2 slots.

My GPU is an Ati X1300 (desktop PCI-E).. not mobility

Will I be able to run MAC OS without lags? I only want to watch YouTube and Twitch on it

Go for Xbuntu instead , OSX might not work fully for you and you will have problems finding drivers and fixes.

Maybe the guide for Mobility can work for you too.

But you can try this: http://forum.osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/1579-lion-on-dell-optiplex-755-with-radeon-x1300-128-mb/

Or, go to Nick14's tip.
