Allan
For Card reader try this: USB Card Reader Apple Optimized Legacy Driver (10.6.5/10.6.6/10.6.7/10.6.8) WebCam in many cases is connected to the USB controller. For battery you can use VoodooBattery. And CPU states, for you can get keep up the states CPU you can use the HWMonitor. Use appropriate methods for your CPU according to that topic: How to check your states – Using AICPMInfo, MSRDumper or AppleIntelInfo
mac.hp.pc
voodoo battery don't work. The CPU is not in the right speed but all of the core is working. IM still looking for a webcam kext and i can't download the card reader kext. The webpage won't let me. I was wondering if i can use DSDT to fix some of the problems? I did compile a dsdt and i only have 3 error and they are all parseop related error. Should i worry?
Allan
For you CPU you only need this for proper power management: DropSSDT=False GeneratePStates=True GenerateCStates=True And for battery you can use this tip also: DSDT/SSDT: Enable battery by patching your DSDT using pre-made patches ( Laptop-exclusive ) Read more about DSDT: DSDT/SSDT: Basic knowledge DSDT/SSDT: Edit using MacIASLDSDT/SSDT: Common DSDT patches

Allan
You can try use ACPIBatteryManager.kext, removing the VoodooBattery first. If this don't work you can try DSDT again...
