Host is having DB issues, will post again once they have fixed it, changed for security.

Being this amongst the most concise tutorials around, I saved the Sierra one in .pdf to avoid website downtimes.

I can upload it, if needed.

High Sierra:

sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/Untitled --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app --nointeraction

Bear in mind: I cannot keep the .pdf updated forever! I look at this thread every now and then.

You at least could have left the original posts here with a link to the updates so folks have something to work with.
