sporker
I'm lost on this one. I cannot get the preference panel settings to persist across a reboot. I've added the settings loader to startup items. I've tried saving the settings and then locking the info.plist file (this works in that the file isn't modified, but it also isn't read). What's the secret? Where does the driver look on boot for it's initial settings? Is there a way to give the driver a kick and tell it to go re-read the config? sporker
Anyone? Alternately, if I'm shopping for a new board, what's my best option to not encounter this issue?
bronxteck
it should be as easy as editing the info plist inside of the voodooHDA.kext. unless you have the kext in more then one location.
