Plachostoms
Hello everyone! I am still a newbie here, and with OSx86 I have a problem. I have just recently installed Yosemite Zone by Niresh on my Dell Studio 1537. It has an Intel Core 2 Duo and 3 GB of ram. I had no trouble installing it from my flash drive. When I try to boot from my HDD, (with -v), it goes ok for a while, and then starts giving me the error "FireWire GUID 00000000000000 Is Invalid!" every few seconds. It gets that about halfway through the boot process. It won't stop and move on at any point. I dont know what to do to get rid of it. (Still a newbie, like i said) Any solutions? -Plachostoms

Plachostoms
cd /System/Library/Extensions rm -rf IOFirewire* touch /System/Library/Extensions How do I go to enter this if I cant boot into any sort of GUI or command line? EDIT: I may have found a way, but i'm not sure... OK, so I figured out how to enter that, and now it just stops loading after a bunch of errors about things being "Family Specific". What does this mean?
