DrunkenDonkey Posted February 24, 2015 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Hey all, I'm using virtualized mac os since... ever? Before lion even, I do have macs, but I prefer windows environment. For many years I have an issue that is bugging me - I often need to send some text data between the osx guest and windows host, which always works perfectly for few minutes to several hours since the osx is started, then no more. Restarting the vmware player/workstation fixes the issue till next time. Long story short, going all the way from the archaic osx and tools back in the days to the latest ones - vmware player 7, windows 8.1x64, running yosemite, the issue is still here and I tend to install skype inside the osx with a different account in order to send myself something. Did anyone encounter such or it is just my bad luck for past 5 years on different computers, host, guest and tools versions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
