New Hackintosh Build ! - Which nvidia card for easiest integration ?!

Hello all !

Nice to see a great hackintosh forum !

I was trying to build my own using my current rig:

Intel 4770k CPU
Asrock Z87 Extreme4 Mobo
16GB Crucial Ballistic memory
Samsung Evo SSD 500gb drive
1k Watt Roswell PSU
Sapphire 7870 OC gfx card

Now I had some fun reading tons of stuff since Im pretty good building pc but have 0 knowlegde of Mac's..

Long story short I havent had success with my build and then my gf's pc died (super old p4 that I dont really want to fix) and so now I have a chance to build a hackintosh with easier compatibility parts.

So here is the list of what I have in mind:

Intel 4770k CPU
Gigabyte Z97 UDH5 Mobo
16GB Crucial Ballistic memory
Samsung Evo SSD 500gb drive
1k Watt Roswell PSU
Nvidia gfx cars ???

Now the thing is which nvidia to get.. I guess I would prefer to run yosemite 10.10.2 since its latest but heard Mavericks is pretty good aka more stability less bugs.. true ?

Since Im in Canada the gfx cards cost more but here is what I could get at the moment, please keep in mind I dont play lots of games, only world of tanks right now lol but since my radeon will be in my gf's build I would prefer to get a new card that can perform at least at the same level or more.

Ok, so please let me know what would be easiest card for integration:

ASUS GeForce GTX 970 Strix OC 420$
Evga GTX 960 SuperCloacked 250$
EVGA GeForce GTX760 w/ EVGA ACX Cooler 255$

Of course I know the 970 is awesome and all but not sure its required as I said I dont play games much, I mostly work on pc with photoshop, browsing video editing..

In fact I was considering getting the 760 since its oob install but then its an old card and Im afraid in the long run it wont be great support from nvidia or apple..

Thanks for the help !
