Romano2K
Hi there! A few months ago I posted dozens of messages here, and eventually managed to enable my Radeon HD 4850 with Yosemite on my hackintosh. Until now it was just on an old spare hard drive, and I've been using Mavericks. But now that I have some time (a day off), I'm trying to reinstall Yosemite on the Crucial MX100 SSD I bought for the occasion. 1. I first tried to create a USB installer with the Easy Yosemite 10.10 Final USB Installer guide. But the progress bar during the actual OS X copy got stuck at "less than 5 minutes remaining", then disappeared, while the USB stick was still showing activity, and then the computer rebooted on its own, while I wasn't staring at it. After the reboot, Clover wasn't seeing any OS X installation on the SSD. 2. So I re-created a USB installer following the Skylineosx guide, except that I didn't copied the mach_kernel file (it always worked for me without doing it), and that instead of using NullCPU, I just copied FakeSMC from the latest HWSensors version, RealtekRTL8111 v1.2.3 from Mieze along with IONetworkingFamily from /S/L/E. And I let the config.plist file untouched, as kext-dev-mode=1 was already enabled (and do I need it if I'm relying on kext injection anyway?). This time I got an error message right after the copy process started: Any idea what I did wrong? Thank you in advance, it's the only step retaining me to finally get a proper Yosemite installation on my good old computer!

I replaced the French screenshot with an English screenshot. And I'm going to retry and have a look at the console this time. Anyway, here is how my USB installer looks like, is it ok?
