hardtail
First I would like to say hello to everyone and thanks for looking at this post. Please go easy on me I am new to this whole world and trying my best to take it all in at once. My Hardware: ASUS H97-PLUS EVGA NVIDIA GTX 770, i5-4430 @ 3.00GHz, CORSAIR VENGEANCE 16GB CRUCIAL 240GB SSD Hi guys I am a beginner. AllenRoss was helping me with his guide - http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/304023-x99-vanilla-guide-in-uefi-yosemite-clover-d/ This is what has happened. I have a iMac 7,1 to make my bootable usb, we updated it to Yosemite. I downloaded the new xCode and Install Yosemite. Formatted my USB in Disk Utility, 1 partition, Mac OS X Journaled, GUID. Ran his CIM command to port the Install media. sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Yosemite.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Yosemite.app --no interaction Downloaded Clover from SourceForge and installed the pk, Clover v2.3k r3168 EFI Bootloader onto my USB. Pressed custom and as instructed used these check boxs Install for UEFI booting only Install Clover in USP Drivers64UEFI - OsxAptioFixDrv-64 Downloaded the binaries from HWSensors and placed FakeSMC.kext into EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.10/FakeSMC.kext In my config.plist I added these arguments nv_disable=1 dart=0 Ejected my USB and put it into this PC and rebooted. If I disable CSM or Enable it in my BIOS settings I still get the same error. The very odd thing as well, last night we removed the USB from the PC and put it back into my iMac to try more troubleshooting and the iMac could not read the USB. In Disk Utility it was greyed out. Now I have rebuilt the USB all over and this same error still persists. Can anybody provide any insight to this issue please? We are both stumped. Cheers! ht Links to pic if embedded does not work http://s8.postimg.org/6zhramhp0/20150210_100633.jpg http://postimg.org/image/rjml93xg1

Rampage Dev
Please refer to my install guide in my sig. Also use the Kexts and Clover Config found on my Haswell DMG on the Installer USB.

Hi Andrew. I followed your guide. As soon as I got to "Part 8: Booting" it all fell a part. The exact same error in the picture from my original post has occurred. I discovered my board is LGA 1150, so as in your guide I added the boot flags with xCode; -v nv_disable=1 and kext-dev-mode=1 was already assigned This did not change anything, same error. Sent you an add on Skype if it's possible to chat by any chance. One thing I must say though, your guide is exceptionally well written and presented. Cheers to you and your team.
