vijai
I have installed Patched ACPIBatteryManager by RehabMan and now the battery shows as 0% and power source says "Battery" and I cannot control my display brightness. I searched RehabMan's git repo to find if my laptop is there in two of the Asus patches but its not. And I have no idea of patching DSDT also, I don't have much technical knowledge. Can anyone help me find a working kext or a patched DSDT? I have uploaded my DSDT.aml dumped through DPCIManager. Thanks. DSDT.aml.zip

vijai
Thank you again artur! this patch brought me brightness slider in preferences but it doesn't actually change the brightness though :/P.S: Seems like the last patch is freezing the OS after few mins of boot. I tried rebooting 4 times at last restoring to older patch which has no brightness fix solved the freezing issue.
