“Error: The partition map needs to be repaired…”

Greetings!

My new Hack appeared to be stable until I decided to use Paragon HFS+ for Windows. At first, there were minor issues during boot every now and then but it was able to repair itself until yesterday when it could not. Long story short, I completely wiped out the disk and reinstalled everything again, pledging to never interact between the two partitions from Windows again.

However, when I run Verify Disk in Disk Utility now, it reports:

Error: The partition map needs to be repaired because there’s a problem with the EFI system partition’s file system.

It can be repaired, which I choose to. Ends alright with nice green text, but when I boot into Windows and back into OS X, the error is present again.

(When I choose only the OS X partition, the message is: File system check exit code is 0. That, I believe, doesn't indicate a problem.)

My question is whether that's normal behaviour, and if not, what could be causing it and how can it be prevented?

Thanks!
