hi guys,

im using g751jt(no Optimus) to install Yosemite

4710HQ i7

Running on GTX970m

8Gb ram

When I try to restart , it will sometimes reboot into black screen

If I'm lucky this problem can be fixed by power off and boot again once.

Sometimes it takes a few times to reboot into Yosemite .

I tried to boot into verbose mode , both black screen boot and success boot have the same log.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

How did you install? Through Clover?

It's a chameleon boot loader . I installed it using ###### Usb method from another forum .

Hello!

Which smbios are you using?

Are you patching gfx?

Have fun.

I'm using smbios macbook pro8,1

what do you mean by patching gfx? My hackintosh is running GTX 970m using nvidia web driver with boot flag nvda_drv=1.

I did extracted my dsdt from Linux distro and patched my dsdt for other functions .

Hello!

Your install method as other TM stuff is not supported here. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/ http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/275941-very-important-please-read-about-tonymacx86-and-iatkos-m/

MBP 8,1 has only intel gfx. Try to use the one of MBP 9,1 or even 8,2/8,3. But for 8,2/8,3 you have to follow the sense fo this post: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/300375-cant-install-black-screen/?p=2053705 .

Have fun.
