tatomi92 Posted January 8, 2015 Share Posted January 8, 2015 Hey guys! My problem is I can't get my IDE DVD Drive to work under Mavericks 10.9.4. I tried install the jmicron kext and the ApplePCIIDE.kext as well, no success at all. Is there any chance to get it working? I've read some users managed to get it working by installing those kexts. My specs are: -GA-MA790X-UD3P-AMD Phenom II X4 940 @3,2 Ghz-Sapphire Radeon HD7850 2GB OC Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sometimes the AppleATIATA.kext is not working, but after restarting the computer it's starting to work again. So what's the problem? Any ideas?
