I dunno if there is a problem on posting this, but I just got this usb bluetooth adapter today ( http://www.dx.com/p/mini-bluetooth-v4-0-edr-usb-dongle-w-bluesoleil-ivt9-0-10-0-white-207133#.VKm9w4rF9vM )

to test on my hackintosh(10.10.1) and guess what? everything worked, my headset and magic mouse(sadly I don't ahve a bluetooth keyboard to test it), even waking from sleep.

So it's a good and cheap alternative for some already known compatible bluetooth adapters.

I see that you are running Yosemite, have you thought of trying the "Handoff and Continiuity Features of OS X 10.10?

Found an article on Lifehacker that talks about a new tool released as open source called Called “Continuity Activation Tool 2.0” that activates Yosemite's Continuity, Handoff, Instant Hotspot, Airdrop for Broadcom BCM20702 chip based USB 4.0 Dongles!

It talks about older Macs, but this might be a viable solution for the Hackintosh Community.

Lifehacker Article:

Download Site:

It is free and may work...

Just thought it might interest you.

Happy Hackintoshing!
