The issue with the 7750 is that the Device ID is not present in the driver and needs to be spoofed to properly boot. There are several methods that can be used to do this and the best method is SSDT/DSDT injection. More information can be found here: http://www.rampagedev.com/?page_id=82&page=5 3. If someone tells you to ever remove Graphics Drivers that have nothing to do with your GPU model or manufacture do not proceed.
