Using Clover rev 3065. Whenever I boot, my usb mouse and keyboard hang for a solid 7-8 seconds before they register to any movements or key presses. Are there any kexts of boot flags that can help fix this? It's getting fairly obnoxious.   :thumbsdown_anim:  The only USB kext I have loaded is GenericUSBXHCI for USB 3.0.

Get rid of GenericUSBXHCI kext and use the built-in Clover USB fixes (FixUSB_1000 = Yes, AddClockID = Yes, FixOwnership = Yes, Inject = Yes).

No dice.. still freezes 4-5 seconds after boot. Any other DSDT patches, clover fixes, or BIOS settings that could help with this? Otherwise I'm considering just reinstalling..

EDIT: A complete reinstall helped. The fixes you recommended weren't necessary and actually made waking from sleep more difficult lol. It turns out the problem was with lnx2mac's realtek ethernet kext. I'm using a different kext now and all seems to be well. S/L/E is 100% vanilla and I'm injecting ethernet, sound, fakesmc, usb3 from clover kext folder. Working like a charm.
