dbrook
Built a Hackintosh, so far so good, using H97N-WIFI. I knew wi-fi wouldn't work but BT might. Enabled BT, so far so good but weak signal without an antenna. So I decided to try and increase signal strength to my phone by attaching the supplied antenna. Catastrophe. Something happened, I know not what, but it zapped the configuration of live and backup partitions together with some MB configs and left me screaming in pain. Now, both wifi/BT appear to be dead. Seems OTT for attaching an antenna, not that serious a crime. Now BT preference pane not showing and I can't get it back. The wifi module seems to be as dead as my libido. Any ideas? Or should I just get a BT dongle? Start writing things down on paper? Forget about wifi/BT and go for a pint? It was only a fringe benefit for me anyway...
