d3dx9 Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 Hi, for some time I already try to get OS X 10.10 running: Intel i7-2600k 16GB DDR3 RAM Asus P8P67-EVO Powercolor R9 290X OC My problem now is, that when I try to boot up my Yosemite install stick with Clover, I keep getting an blackscreen (the screnn is turned on) after the boot finished. rkelleyrtp1 Posted December 18, 2014 Share Posted December 18, 2014 I have/had the same card and found out you need two things: * Kernel boot string needs to say "npci=0x2000 kext-dev-mode=1 -v" * You need to disable ATI injection Modify your config.plist with the two above items and try to boot.
