thumbthrough Posted December 4, 2014 Share Posted December 4, 2014 I'm using OSX 10.9.2 and recently the App Store stopped working. I received an error message that said "Cannot Connect to the App Store An Internet Connection is Required." I tried trashing the app store plist files (com.apple.appstore.plist, and com.apple.storeagent.plist) and even tried changing the serial and now I just get a blank screen when I open the app store. Here's a screen shot: I'm not sure what to do. I can't update apps that require the app store. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
