I'm running 10.9.5 dualboot with Win 7 on a 128gb SSD using the Chameleon bootloader. I picked up a new 240gb SSD and used Super Duper to clone to the new SSD (also tried CCC). Installed Chameleon to the new drive. Set my new drive to 1st boot priority. When i reboot it uses the bootloader from my 120gig drive. If i unplug my 120, i just boot straight into windows. Any ideas?

I will try tomorrow as i've erased the drive to try again.

I just quickly cloned and installed the Chameleon boot loader again then ran darwin dumper.

Looking at the bootloaders, under PBR (Stage 1), my old working drive shows Chameleon boot1h. My newer drive has this section empty. Both drives have MBR code detected: boot0md. Looks like this SSD uses 4k sectors.
