todesto
Is this normal? I am researching to make my iMessage working sold so that I want to have firm info in my config.plist/RTvariables and SMBIOS. I hear you need to put UUID generated from terminal into clover configurator / SMBIOS / SmUUID and check Inject system ID <- is this right? anyway, when I try uuidgen in my terminal, it shows different number everytime when I try it. is this normal? ActuallyMax
it is normal, just pick an unique one, but iMessage won't work , you need to get ROM/MLB from a real Mac now.

I would add an universally unique ID generator would be pretty useless if it came up with the same ID every time it was run.
todesto
I tried it using one of UUID generated from uuidgen and put in my custom UUID in clover and inject system ID = Yes, and it recognizes as a new system so it was asking for password for my iCloud and iMessages so I just reverted back as it was. didn't feel need of messing with it. I got smUUID written in my SMBIOS and I think that is good enough.
