Hello,

I have a running Yosemite on Elitebook 8460p with Clover V2 dual boot on MBR legacy with Win 7 (No UEFI).

Every thing is perfect (except WiFi of course!) with dual display to VGA port (patched AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB) and VoodooHDA for audio. I can use bluetooth if the laptop is not in the docking station. Otherwise I get a KP with Chameleon or instant reboot with Clover. The problem comes from IOBluetoothFamily.kext

if I boot w/o the docking station it goes OK, even if I put the laptop into the docking station after. The problem happens only while booting with the docking station attached. I had to remove this kext from S/L/E till figuring out a solution coz I have lots of devices connected through the docking.

P.S this issue came with Yosemite. I had no issues with Mavericks 10.9.5

Any advice or hint would be be much appreciated.

[Edit] Disabling the serial port from BIOS cleared the issue.

Plz describe your installation steps.

In General, your laptop has a different GPU than mine. I have integrated Intel HD300 which is natively supported by OSX 10.8.2 and later. You have either AMD or nVidia card which may require additional kexts on your USB installer. For nVidia cards you may also need NVEnabler64.kext to inject the correct graphic device info and make sure you boot with "Graphics Enabler = Yes" in boot flags.

Good hack
