I recently acquired Windows 8.1 back in February, and I recently got a Mac OS X 10.9 .dmg, I am really new to this kind of stuff and I have some questions/explanations I need to give.
I have 2 hard drives, One is 500GB currently in a second computer I have running Xubuntu 14.04, and I have a 1TB hard drive currently running Windows 8.1 in my main computer.
I am planning on taking the 500GB hard drive and putting it in my main system and formatting for Mac OS X 10.9, and reformatting the 1TB to run Windows 8.1, I'm a gamer kind of guy.
I have the following specifications and I'm willing to know if I am compatible to run Mac OS X.

The CPU has virtualization enabled and I have figured out how to run Mac OS X in a virtual machine, yet I still have some questions and concerns.
1. If I am dual-booting can someone please link me a tutorial?
2. Are my parts compatible with running Mac OS X?
3. If I install Mac OS X on the 500GB, would it work?
4. I've heard about problems where you have to install MAC OS X first then Windows, which is the correct order?
5. Do I use ##### and ##### for the installation? ##### for the bootloader and ##### for the drivers?
I apologize sincerely for asking these amount of questions but I want to make myself sure before I delve in and get to it, I am really new at Hackintoshing and I want to be prepared.
Can someone give me the download links to the software I'll need and the drivers I'll need?

Disregard the topic title, I meant 10.9.
