falanx
You have to disable discoveryd. Read about it here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/300072-wake-reason-rtc-alarm-how-to-deactivate/page-2

VirusX
this is interesting. AFAIK that clover rc script disabled the sleep client in MDNSresponder.plist that isn't there any more in the final yosemite version and got replace by discoveryhd as falanx wrote. which version of yosemite do you have? still an old DP? flkflorin
I made a fresh install and this time the method i mentioned up didin't work like before so i find another one here : http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/300072-wake-reason-rtc-alarm-how-to-deactivate/page-4?do=findComment&comment=2071984 Download the mDNSResponder with Instructions.zip and fallow the instructions in the zip . If someone have the same problem try the first method and the problem is still there try the second one.
