Having trouble installing Clover bootloader to ESP

Hi!

I just recreated my PC from scratch installing Windows 7, Mac OS X Yosemite and Kubuntu 14.10 on clean disks (especially Windows had to be taken care of). I also did this to install Windows in EFI mode as only Mac OS and Kubuntu used EFI up to this point and I constantly had to switch from which drive to boot.

However, although I had Clover working prior to the new installations I can't seem to get it right this time.

I have two SSDs (265G each) and two other drives for data.

On the first SSD I installed Windows, it has the EFI partition, a Windows Reserved Partition and the main Windows Volume. One the second I installed Yosemite from a vanilla image on USB with chimera. After the installation I installed Clover (v2976) but couldn't install it to the EFI Partition (vie installer), probably because this is on the Windows Drive. So I installed it to the Yosemite Volume and could then boot it via legacy boot on the Mac SSD. Despite having checked the field for installation in UEFI Clover doesn't show up in the list of the UEFI Boot Options. I then installed Kubuntu also to the Mac Drive (new partition) and so I have the Ubuntu Boot options (yes, two of them) and the Windows Boot Manager on the list but not Clover. I also can't add Clover to the UEFI list from inside Clover if legacy booted or from a USB Stick (where it boots via EFI). I also copied the Clover Files to the EFI partition manually, no change.

I then tried to create another FAT32 Partition on the Windows SSD to install Clover there and sure enough, now the installer also mounts the EFI drive and (I assume) installs Clover there. Still it doesn't show up as a boot option.

I then replaced the grubx64.efi file on the EFI partition with Bootx64.efi from Clover, then rebooted. However, in this case the Yosemite drive did not show up in Clover. I'm not sure what I am missing here. I also tried with Clover v2988, also made no difference.

If you have any ideas what I could/should/must to do to get this working, they would be greatly appreciated.
