Snow leopard on hp6320y need some help with sound and....

hey guys i got snow leopard running on my hp 6320y but my sound dont work and i was wondering if anyone could help with the best kexts for my system here is my pc info generated in ubuntu also the system only shows 2 gigs of ram and i have 8 i have highlighted the sound and ram memory lines thanks in advance.
