ACDindia Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Hey guys! Need help here!! I have a Dell Inspiron 7720 Laptop with Intel HD4000 Graphics... Running OS X 10.10.. My problem is that QE/QC doesn't work consistently... It works then after a couple of restarts it stops working... Then suddenly starts working after a few restarts... I am using DSDT... Tried without it too.. Same result.. Permissions repair, clearing NVRAM... Changing SMBIOS... It works then stops...then again after multiple retries starts working!!! Please help! I had similar problems with HD4000 on Yosemite, but finally patched AppleIntelFramebufferCapri properly to achieve 2048mb Vram and HDMI. You may try mine kext too. The kext did show 2048MB VRAM but QE QC broke... Right now restoring the original kext... Let's see if QE QC returns or not... Any further clues?? Without that the GPU is detected as 7MB graphics! Even though I have a DSDT....
