Issue with ATI HD 5670

First i will gave my spec :

 

CPU : Intel Core i5 4570

VGA : ATI HD 5670 512MB

 

Hi,I'm using Clover Bootloader and i had an issue below :

• If i inject ATI only in config.plist, i will have login start screen at 800x600 resolution an my Displays not detect my monitor.

 

 

 

• But, if i don't inject any Graphics in config.plist, so i will have start login at full resolution (1280x1024) and detected my Monitor Dell E170S and HD 5000 Series

 

 

 

So what is problem ? And how i can fix that ?

And i have one question, how i can dual monitor with ATI VGA Display and Intel HD4600 VGA Display ( I had enable dual monitor at BIOS )
