dreadkopp
Aloha community, i am using a Sapphire Pure Black x58 with an Xeon X5650 for my hackintosh. Runs fine with clover 2960 and Yosemite 14A389. I extracted dsdt and ssdt (actually three tables) with aida64 from windoze. Clover settings are: drop all oem-tables, generate c-states, fix hpet SMBIOS of an macpro3,1. Using a MacPro5,1 SMBIOS results in just having x12 and x21 Mutliplier which is strange since macPro5,1 uses the exact same cpu? My problem is that the Multiplier changes just fine from lowest state x12 to x14,x16,x18 to x21 up to x22 under full load BUT allways for all cores. This means for example running prime95 with just one thread results in all 6 Cores running at 4 Ghz with x22 Multiplier but just core 1 is under load. You might see that i overclocked my Cpu by increasing the BLCK from 133 to 182Mhz. resetting to default values wont change the behavior. I attached my /CLOVER/ACPI/patched folder and hope you guys can help me! Greetings patched.zip
artur_pt
hello is the ssdt tables patched ? i think not .. so why use it in acpi/patched ? keep the original and try.. dropoem=true generate p and c-states=true or dropoem=false generate p and c-states=true good hack
dreadkopp
you say copy it from patched to origin or remove it completly? without the ssdt in /acpi/patched and generate p/c-states and drop OEM true or false this is the result: *the core-multipliers are still tied *i lost the turbo mutlipliers (max is x20 now)

proteinshake
Make sure all C-States are working. As far as I know Westmere-EP must be able to put at least one core to C6 state in order for another one core to be able to reach the maximum multiplier of x23 for the X5650. Both Clover and Chameleon have their own ways and options to enable C6.
