Hi, I have followed several guides:
http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/298521-easy-yosemite-1010-final-usb-installer-updated-10162014/

and

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/301138-new-usb-installer-os-x-yosemite-chameleon-enoch-r2403/

for examples, and whenever I have a flash drive plugged in that was created with those guides, my bios hang at "Press esc for boot menu/delete for bios" but pressing esc/delete do nothing, and my computer eventually just reboots.

If I format the drives after that on my windows Machine to Get Chameleon installed (Because it's not currently on any of my hard drives) onto the flash drives, everything loads fine.

I have the files for Chameleon from who knows when, so I'm not sure about the version, but could there be an issue with a bootloader incompatibily? Any other thoughts as to what else could be wrong?
