I am installing a new machine with the following HW:

MB - Asus P6T WS PRO

CPU - i7-920

RAM - 8GB DDR3

GPU - GT840

installation went OK, I have network, sound, GPU, sleep, restart, shutdown etc. however i can see that my CPU is not using all threads when running bench mark and the results are accordantly.

the socket is LGA 1366, do i need to install VoodooTSCSync kext?

If yes where I can find this kext for LGA1366 and Core i7? or it needed only for LGA2011...?

Thanks

I have found some dsdt for my mobo and its look like it is working however the multi results are seems to be very low...around 8000 while single is 1600...can you please check the dsdt and let me know if it is OK?

Thanks a lot for your help!!!

OK. you have first generation CPU.

Boot options: Generate P/C States.

And make sure the AppleLPC is loaded.

BTW i recommend to work with your own dsdt. Extract from linux and attach it here.
