Grapheeze Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 (edited) Hi everybody,I'd like to instal Mavericks on my desktop.Here's the hardware List.CPU: intel i7 920 rev c0/c1 overclocked at 4.0 ghz MB: asus Sabertooth x58 Ram: 24gb team group 1333 (6*4gb) SSD: samsung 840 evo 250 GB (windows 8.1 for work) SSD: OCZ vertex 3 60 GB (i would install mavericks here)HDD:wd caviar green 1tb (data archiviation) HDD: wd caviar green 500 gb (windows 7 gaming os)GPU: 2 wai sli of Zotac GTX580 1,5 gb vram PSU: enermax modu 87+ gold 700w Googling i've seen many post related to this mobo, and i Would like to give it a try.Do you think this hardware will be good for a kackintosh? 2nd question i do not have any apple or hackintosh sistem to prepare bootable keys with ##### or similar.Working on windows as you can see, any suggestion on what to do?Thanks in advance.Edit..Managed to solve on the usb...now starting to install. hope it will work and will keep you updated Edited October 22, 2014 by Grapheeze Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Grapheeze Posted October 23, 2014 Author Share Posted October 23, 2014 no way to even boot from a usb key or a dvd everithing in bios seems to be correct, followed several guides but up to now i don't know how to solve. would anyone link me a step by step guide for creating an installer using only a windows pc?
