liujianwei Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 yosemite FaceTime won't log in,in mavricks facetime is works.of course iMessage doesn't work on both OSX. when I try to log in FaceTime I got Your Apple ID "cuthead@qq.com" can't be used to set up FaceTime at this time. If this is a new Apple ID, you do not need to create another one. To use this Apple ID with FaceTime, contact FaceTime support with the code below. Customer Code: 3516-4780-6736 why?
