[HELP]Stuck after "Ge-Force accelerator started" - Cannot reach installation screen

Hello,

I'm trying to install OSX Yosemite on my Asus G750JX with Intel Core i7-4700HQ and Nvidia gtx770M.

I've created the USB bootable pendrive using Mavericks in VM, with the official Yosemite App downloaded from the AppStore. I've installed Clover as UEFI Bootloader.

The PenDrive works, i can boot Yosemite but i can't reach the installation Screen. As you can see from screenshots in attachment i got stucked at that point.

Ps: In EFI partition of Clover i've created the "10.10" folder under "kexts", and i've placed those kexts inside:

AppleACPIPlatform.kext

AppleStorageDrivers.kext

FakeSMC.kext

GenericUSBXHCI.kext

IO80211Family.kext

Any Advice?

Thank you! :)

Ps: Tried on a laptop with i7 and GT740M: Same Problem!

#UPDATE 1:

Solved that stuck problem by changing the USB Port of the Pendrive (Strage thing O.o)

#UPDATE 2:

"Solved" the "Black Screen Problem", but no QE/CI in Setup Screen (NVD Kexts disabled?)

#UPDATE 3:

Now I can't initialize the partition (No errors in Utlity Disk, simply stuck and doesn't go on)

SOLVED!

Now I have another problem: NVD kexts doesn't work with my gtx770M.

After Boot (before reach the installation screen) I've got a Black Screen.

If I use the bootflag "nv_disable=1" it works.

What should I do?

Hi did  you solve the issue? I'm getting same issue with NVidia drivers, they are not working in Yosemite and was working in Mavericks.

Hello! :D

I solved the "Black Screen Issue", really I don't know exactly how (I think it doesn't load NVD Kexts because i don't have Graphics Accelerator in setup).

But now i have another problem (of course): When i go to initialize the partition as "Mac OS X Journaled" it doesn't work (stuck on "creating scheme to disk", or something similar).

What's wrong now?X D

Hi,

have you tried booting in secure mode ?

Yes, nothing change.

I can reach the Installation Setup, but in Disk Utility I can't initialize the partition!

I tried to add those kext to Clover EFI, but no luck:

AppleStorageDrivers.kext

AHCI_3rdParty_SATA.kext

It's the first time i try to install Hackintosh on this Notebook.

I don't think is a FakeSMC problem because i can reach the Installation screen...

Now seems there are some problems with the SATA Controller, which is a "Intel 8 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller".

Any Kext for this?

Ps: Edited the first Post with Changes ;)

Thank you all!

EDIT: (i wrote all in Italian, don't know why XD)

All that things are for Mavericks... Will they work on Yosemite too? :)

Btw, now i'm trying to initialize an 80GB partition that i've created for Mac, on the SSD where is installed Windows too. But i get an error: "Insufficient Space to complete the operation".

Can I create a Partition for Mac without initialize the entire SSD? Or is better if I create a Partition on the secondary HDD?

Thanks!

Ps: I'm doing UEFI Boot ;)
