giallux92
Hello, I'm new to this forum!! My name is Luca and I'm from Italy ^^ I'm a bit of a newbie on the Hackintosh world; I've already tried iATKOS s3 v2 without success. It installs fine but I'm stuck at the apple logo at the boot after the installation. I'm afraid that one of the reasons is that I'm installing the wrong kexts. So, knowing my system specs: MOBO - ASUS P8Z77-M pro CPU - Intel i5 3570k RAM - 8 gb 1.6 mhz GPU - GeForce GTX 780 Lightning and knowing that I've already changed my bios to boot on AHCI, what can I do? Which version of OS X should I use? Which guide should I follow? Any help would be much appreciated, I would like so much to become an "Hackintosher" too ^^

giallux92
I managed to create a Live USB Stick with OS X 10.9.2, but when I get to the Clover boot menu, I select "Boot Mac OS X from OS X install usb" and I get this After a few seconds with that screen, the system reboots automatically. What am I doing wrong? EDIT: I managed to get to the installation part but my mouse won't respond, while my keyboard does. The keyboard is ps2 and the mouse is USB, what can I do? EDIT2: It's finally working: I had to unplug the mouse from the rear usb ports (those that come with the motherboard) and plug it in the front usb ports, but now I have a few problems; the audio is not working, the ethernet cable seems not plugged even if it is, and I don't know how to solve the "rear usb ports" problem... any tips?
