Windows 8.1, Mavericks and Clover

Okay, so the last of my hackintosh components should be arriving in a few days, and I realise I haven't properly researched dual-booting! I'm currently working on setting up a USB pen drive with installers for both Windows 8.1 and Mavericks.

I've had a look at a bunch of dual-booting guides, but I feel like I'm going in circles without quite figuring out the exact steps I need to keep in mind, so please forgive me if I've simply missed the information I need!

Okay, so what I want to do is setup Mavericks with Clover to handle the patching etc., but also be able to dual-boot into Windows 8.1 (64-bit professional). Ideally I'd like to use a nice clean GUID partitioning scheme and have Windows 8.1 installed in UEFI mode, rather than using any pseudo MBR system like the Bootcamp Assistant creates as I've had issues with that in the past.

I'm just hoping someone could give me a quick summary of what the best way to set this up would be? i.e - which should I install first to avoid headaches, how should I partition the disk etc.?

HP7700 desktop duo core 2

I guid partitioned 750g Hd with 3 partition's > win >Mav> Yose.

installed win8 first, got it working and up dated. > win 9 will be out sept 30

Then Mav 9.5 . with Chameleon 2391.

later >Yosemite . Yosemite would only install to my Backup USB 500g , so i got tthe 500g usb  to boot with Chameleon 2377.

I can boot all from Chameleon 2391 installed on the Maverick drive.

With Maverick i created an image of the usb Yosemite and restored it to my main 750 HD.

I have a 2g usb with chameleon 2391 installed for boot up just in case !!!

I can not boot my HD7700 desktop with Clover
