VIT M2421 problema con sleep y wake

hola, me pueden ayudar el problema que tengo es que si le doy al botón de encendido o si voy al menú y le doy en reposo, la laptop entra en reposo pero si presiono en botón de encendido para que salga del reposo, la laptop no hace nada queda con la pantalla negra y el fan del procesador empieza a girar a máxima velocidad la única forma que tengo de volverla a usar con normalidad es apagarla y volverla a encender,

 

si en la consola busco Sleep me sale esto
